Fozzy's dead right Stu!

Tried a few and without a doubt the Oxford ones are the best. Get the 2009 ones with the four stage settings. We have them on 3 of the bikes and will be grabbing another set for the new (to me!) TDM soon.

I'm also relaibly told that these cheaper versions are made by Oxford and rebranded as 'Roxster'. Check out the discussions in other forums, I saw some pics where someone had completely dismantled them and the components were identical.

The Roxster ones are identical to the earlier model Oxford Hotgrips. I think Oxford now include some kind of relay / cut off device in their kit. The roxster ones dont have this so I assume there 'old stock' Oxfords re-branded.
I have a set of Roxsters on my DR600 winter hack. They are easy to fit and very well made. I managed to get them for a really good price (£25 I think) from Tesco direct. They were on 'clearance' so not sure if you can still get them at this price.
I suffer badly with cold / painful fingers in sub zero temps and I've used the Roxsters all through this winter. Work a treat. I'd go as far to say they're easily as good as my factory fitted BMW grips on the 1200GS.

Heated grips - Oxford. Brilliant. They're fatter than standard but I think they all are.

Motorhomes? Tell you what, Rick, I'll introduce you to another mate of mine (from the Taliesin Brotherhood) that'll show you how to create a motor home out of a 7 and a half ton truck, with a tail-lift to get his V-Max under his bed!
